Our terms and conditions cover the agreement we reach as the the cost of your service with us this includes our refund policy.  

 

Terms and Conditions are shown to you on agreeing to use our services. Once agreed and the service paid for this is a legally binding contract between the customer and Talk Haven.

Hourly Rate Option - we offer a pay as you go system where you can pay for each session as you book. If you want to save money we offer a course which is more cost effective.

Fixed Fee Course - for a course of talk therapy or mediation we also offer a set fee given at a discount. Once on the course we are unable to offer a refund.

When booking either a single session with us or a course we will always charge on booking. The course of sessions is charged at a discounted cost so we do not refund. If you need to change a meeting booked, if we are given at least 7 days notice we will re arrange your next meeting at no extra charge to you. If the cancellation is at short notice we reserve the right to charge for the missed session.

Concerns about our services - if you have any concerns then the first step is to email - office@talkhaven.co.uk - we will acknowledge receipt of your email withing 2 days or receiving it. 

We will investigate your concerns and respond within 8 weeks.
